Dear Coach, Manager, or Club President,

The Soccer Club of Newington would like to invite you to participate in the 19 th Annual Newington Wrap-Up Soccer
Tournament to be held on June 16th and 17th. The tournament is sanctioned by the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association
and the United States Youth Soccer Association. All games played at Newington High School. Team registration will take
place Friday June 15th 2012 at Newington High School under the main tent from 5:30PM till 7:30PM.

The tournament is open to CLASSIC Travel teams only, NO Premier Teams Allowed. Each team must be currently registered
with their State or National Association. Up to three (3) guest players are allowed. The maximum roster size for
U9-U10 is 18, U-11-U17 is 20. No player is allowed to be rostered with more than one team and no roster changes will be
permitted once the tournament has started.

Each player is required to have a USYS player pass or State/National registration card. Passes must be presented at
registration. A photocopy of a certified roster will be required.

Out of state teams are welcome.

Teams of all age groups are encouraged to exchange patches after the completion of each game. Separate competitions for boys and girls will be held in the following age groups for players born on or after August 1 in the appropriate year;

Under 9 (8v8) 2002 Under 12 1999 Under 15 1996
Under 10 (8v8) 2001 Under 13 1998 Under 16 1995
Under 11 (8v8) 2000 Under 14 1997 Under 17 1994

The tournament will be held on Saturday, June 16th and Sunday, June 17th at Newington High School. Each team will be scheduled to play 4 games lasting 50 minutes. U-9 & U-10 participants will receive an award. U-11 - U-17 will receive an award for 1st & 2nd place finishes. All players will receive a tournament souvenir.

The entry fee for the tournament is $485 for U9 - U11 teams and $495 for U12 - U17 teams. Checks should be made payable to SCN (Soccer Club of Newington).
The deadline for submitting applications is May 15, 2012. Applications will be processed according to the date received.
